Jotron AS, Jotron Phontech AS and Jotron SatCom AS have merged and become one company, since 19th April 2012. The new company will be called Jotron AS.
Jotron AS was established in 1967. Production facilities are in Larvik, Norway. The Company handles more than 50,000 finished items a year in close co-operation with national and international laboratories and authorities.
Jotron UK Ltd. was established in 1980. The company is servicing the market through a network of professional agents from its modern purpose built factory in Newcastle, England.
Jotron Phontech AS was established in 1987 and is located in Horten, 95 kilometers south of Oslo. Jotron Phontech has been a member of the Jotron Group since 1997, and delivers a complete range of internal communication systems for ships and offshore purposes.
UAB Jotron was established in 2001 in Kaunas, Lithuania. The company is an integral part of the production facilities within the Jotron Group, utilizing advanced equipment for surface mounting of PCBs.
Jotron USA, Inc. was established in 2003 in Houston, Texas. The company handles the markets within the Americas and represents all products manufactured and traded within the Jotron Group.
Jotron Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 2004 after being a representative office since August 2002. The company, located in Singapore, is responsible for the Far East markets for all Jotron products.
Jotron Satcom AS was established in 2008 and is located in Tranby. The vision is to build a New Norwegian maritime company after the close down of the Nera SatCom company in 2006.
