Jotron has a dedicated support organisation to handle enquiries from Jotron agents or distributors and of course directly from users of Jotron Products.
The customer support organisation is split in two:
- One part that is handling contracts and projects involving delivery of new Jotron equipment and systems.
- The other part handles after sales support and service on Jotron products that are already in operation.
